What we do
Ready To Exit helps Canadian business owners understand what their business may be worth and prepare it for a future sale. Our free assessment is an introductory conversation — it is general information, not financial, legal, tax, or valuation advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions about selling your business.
No guarantees
We make no promise that your business will sell, what price it may sell for, or when a sale may happen. Any discussion of value is an opinion based on the information available, not a formal valuation or a guarantee of any outcome.
Working together
If we move beyond the free assessment into paid work together, the fees, services, and responsibilities will be set out in a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Nothing on this website creates a client relationship on its own.
Confidentiality
We treat the business information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your permission, except where required by law.
Using this website
